Workout of the Day: A Partner Ladder WOD
For time: accomplish the following descending ladder of work from 20 down to 1 of the following three movements with a partner. Apportion the work as you desire, one partner works at a time.
Overhead squats 95#/65#
Power cleans 95#65#
Push-ups
That is, you and your partner do a combined 20 reps of OHS, then move on to 20 reps of Power Cleans, and then 20 push-ups. Next, do a round of 19 reps of each, then 18 and so on until you get to 1.
