Announcing:
Starting today, for the next four weeks the COC WOD every day will be one of the regional qualifier workouts already finished from all over the world. We will have results each day from the best in those regions to compare to. The top score in todays European workout is 8:14.
FREE Classes!
Our Advanced Strength and Advanced Endurance workouts on Tuesday and Thursday nights will also be qualifier workouts designed for the advanced competitors to do in addition to the morning class to simulate a competition day. These classes will be FREE for students so taking that extra class will not take away from your classes.
It is an overtraining mistake to take back-to-back classes or to do any 2 of theses workouts together! If you plan on taking 2 classes in a day be sure they are split at least 4 hours apart, do so only once a week and do not do so unless you are competing!
4 Week Regional Training Schedule:
The programming schedule we are recommending for those preparing for Regionals in 4 weeks is:

- Thursday: Any Morning CrossFit Class + 6:30PM Advanced Endurance Class
- Friday: Any CrossFit Class
