Constantly Varied. New student Zach does what he does best: Run! His sub-5 minute mile makes him one of Central Oregon's top runners and athletes. The constantly varied element of CrossFit is what is getting him more fit.
He would smoke the run today but the heavy deadlifts would make this workout virtually impossible for him to do as prescribed. That is why he is taking the Advanced Strength class today - to focus on improving his weakness to become a more balanced, higher performing athlete.
