For Time!
Coach Trav and Last Sunday's Fundamentals Class. This Class is now FREE for all students and guests!
But not this Sunday of course - we are all going bungee jumping! So, sign-up for the following Sunday's class (12/14) and bring a friend! We will also have no class on the 21st as we will all be at a Certification but the class will be back on 12/28 and beyond.
We go over all the movements that are in the upcoming week's workouts and focus on form. It's what we call "Active Rest" but I promise you will feel like you are working out (just not for time or with weight) :)
Hope to see you all in a Fundamentals Class soon!

I wanted to write something really clever here. Something about the number of pull-ups . . . or something like that.

What the ****! 105 pullups, are you loco? Or just a bunch of bad a**'s?

I think we all agree the pull ups suck....however,I felt great on the wall balls. Still the rookie but learning fast.

8:39 RX'd. Just a brutal combo. I got all my pull-ups via the butterfly kip :) Should help my Fran Time! Congrats to Wayne on his first RX'd Class A Workout!

RX'd 18:27 Awesome workout today with Colin, Beau, & Tim. I made the mistake of looking at the WOD this morning on the site before work. Gave me all day to think about it. Won't be doing that again. I was nervous all day about it. Especially the pull-ups.Thanks Trav for challenging me to go "A". It feels great getting over that hurdle.
